Document Capture

Within a few days we train the future users to apply the possibilities of Document Capture. In 3-5 days, we get an end user up to speed with Document Capture. The number of training days depend on the wishes and requirements of the customer, the amount of existing customization and on the level of experience of the users that need to be trained.

We use a proven training methodology, which we have applied in over 100 implementations. Each training day the user will learn new features, functions, and skills. Homework assignments for the days between classroom training are an integral part of the training method.
During the training days we straightaway set up the most important templates, together with the user, so that the customer can benefit from the first day.

Document Output

Within half a day to a day we train the users to apply the possibilities of Document Output. Within this day we bring the end user up to speed with Document Output. The duration of the training depends on the wishes and requirements of the customer, the amount of existing customization and on the level of experience of the users that need to be trained.

During the training day we discuss the possibilities of Document Output, combined with the needs of the organization. We will set up a tailor-made template, with a matching e-mail and any related matters that are desired. The templates that we set up during the training are easy to export. The user can import them into the Live database, so you do not have to make the templates twice.

Expense Management

Within 1 to 3 days we train the users and we set up Expense Management.
After the first day, all desired fields are available in the Expense app, with which the users can start practicing. On the 2nd day, we optionally set up the credit card interface and deal with the outstanding questions following the practice. On the 3rd day, we transfer the settings to the production environment and invite the rest of the users to download the app.

We assist the core users in communicating with their colleagues and we share our experiences and best practices from our previous implementations.
